Chief Manager
Danny Stoppenhagen, P.E.
Danny is a graduate of Tennessee Tech's Civil Engineering department where he received a bachelor's and master's degree. He joined Chris-Hill in 1981 and has worked as an engineer, estimator, and project manager. Management of the company was passed to him and his partners in 1999, with the retiring of J.B. Hill and Bill Christenbury.

Craig Christenbury, P.E.
Craig graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Civil Engineering degree and came to work for Chris-Hill in 1988. He is the son of Bill Christenbury, one of the two founders of Chris-Hill. He became a managing partner with Jon, Danny, and Ron Sheppard in 1999. Craig procures, estimates, and manages work for Chris-Hill.

Shannon McCarley
Shannon has headed up estimating and management of Chris-Hill's water and wastewater treatment facility projects since coming on board in 2010. Shannon graduated from Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and master's in Project Management.

Eric Creasy
Eric manages Chris-Hill's drilled shaft division. He has over 25 years of experience in estimating and managing drilling projects. He joined Chris-Hill in 2020 and is a graduate of Arkansas State University.

Eli Christenbury, E.I.
Eli came on board with Chris-Hill in 2022 after graduating from the University of Memphis in Mechanical Engineering. Eli estimates and manages foundation, excavation shoring, and water/wastewater projects.

Jon Hill
Jon's father, J.B. Hill, founded Chris-Hill with Bill Christenbury in 1965. Jon is a graduate of the University of Memphis's finance department and holds a joint MBA/Finance master's degree from Christian Brothers University. Jon started at Chris-Hill in 1988 and has been here ever since. He became a partner in 1999 and currently oversees all of Chris-Hill's field operations.

Randy Lax
Randy joined Chris-Hill in 1996 as the in house accountant and continues to handle all company finances. He graduated from the University of Memphis with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Go Tigers!

Gary Weeden
Gary started working at Chris-Hill in 2016 as an estimator and project manager. His areas of focus include concrete work and aircraft pavement. Gary is a University of Memphis Alum and has over 30 years of paving experience.

Jack Christenbury, E.I.
Jack started working for Chris-Hill in 2019. He manages the jersey barrier department and estimates and manages heavy civil and deep foundation projects. Jack graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Civil Engineering.
Cecelia Hale - Office Manager

Cecelia started at Chris-Hill in 2017, becoming office manager in 2020. "C" wears a number of hats at Chris-Hill to make sure company operations run smoothly. She is a graduate of the University of Memphis.
Yvette Johnson - Payroll Clerk

Yvette oversees and processes Chris-Hill's payroll. She joined the team in 2019 and makes sure that everyone gets paid.
Jennifer Legrow - Accounts Payable

Jennifer came on board in 2021 to take over Chris-Hill's accounts payable department. She is a University of Southern Mississippi grad.
Maury Brown - Superintendent

Maury joined Chris-Hill in 2011 and performs pipe laying, water/wastewater construction, and mechanical work.
Ronnie Lavender - Superintendent

Ronnie started at Chris-Hill in 2019. He primarily works on concrete and bridgework projects.

Eric joined Chris-Hill in 1997, becoming a superintendent in 2005. Eric works on heavy civil, deep foundation, and water/wastewater projects.
John Turner - Superintendent

John came on board with Chris-Hill as a superintendent in 1997 and specializes in bridge construction and repair.

Mike joined Chris-Hill in 1985 became a superintendent in 1995. Mike works on heavy civil and deep foundation projects.

Clint Walton - Superintendent

Clint started working with Chris-Hill in 2004 and was promoted to superintendent in 2010. Clint primarily performs work on water and wastewater projects.
Kelly Whittaker - Superintendent

Kelly joined Chris-Hill in 2015 and heads up the Searcy, AR based foundation drilling division.
